Delivery & Shipping Policy – Lesroses
At Lesroses, we are committed to delivering your orders with high quality and on time, while taking into consideration the sensitive nature of our products (cakes – cookies – chocolates – flowers). Below is our transparent and clearly defined delivery policy:
️ 1. Delivery Coverage
- We currently offer delivery within the city of Tabuk only.
- At this time, we do not deliver outside of Tabuk to ensure product quality and freshness during transit.
- Orders are delivered by a trained team that follows proper handling procedures for food and fragile items.
⏰ 2. Delivery Time Slots
- Delivery is available daily from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
- When placing the order, the customer can select a preferred time slot from the available options.
- Exact timing to the minute cannot be guaranteed, but we aim to deliver within the chosen time range.
3. Same-Day Order Policy
Same-day orders are not guaranteed and are only accepted based on availability.
- If same-day preparation is possible, an additional fee will be applied, depending on effort and timing.
- Customers must contact customer service to confirm availability before placing urgent orders.
4. Gift Orders
- If the order is a gift, delivery will be coordinated directly with the recipient by our delivery team to ensure proper timing.
- The buyer cannot impose a fixed delivery time for gifts, in order to preserve the surprise and coordinate the moment appropriately.
- Please ensure all recipient details, including a reachable phone number, are entered correctly.
♂️ 5. Receiving by an Adult
- Orders must be received by an adult (18 years or older).
- Lesroses is not responsible for any damage that may occur if the order is received by a child, an unauthorized person, or a third party.
- We highly recommend assigning a responsible adult to receive the order, especially when sending it as a gift.
6. Packaging & Product Protection
- All items are packaged professionally and securely based on the type of product.
- We take great care to ensure that every product arrives in perfect condition and presentation.
7. Order Updates & Communication
- After the order is prepared, we contact the customer via message or call to confirm the delivery time.
- For gift orders, direct coordination is done with the recipient.
